Famous Jazz Players and Their Gear

Going deep into guitar jazz, the jazzguitar.be site is putting (and adding to) a list of players and the gear they used. I remember back in the 80's when Stryper used Jackson yellow and black Destroyer type guitars. I'm not sure if that reference makes me cool or not... Anyway, looking through the list is like watching one of those vids about The Beatles in the studio and the things they'd just come up with--you get a more hands-on sense of the music.
